The harness replays identical task streams against each candidate model — every trial is seeded, timed and scored. Results land on a live board with Wilson score intervals so a 2% gap at n=20 doesn't read as a win.

Omarchy-native agentic launcher — one box for apps, math, files, git, music and the web. The engine is oxyd, a Rust daemon over a JSON-lines socket; a Quickshell QML frontend just draws what arrives. 41 keywords.
The split is the point: oxyd owns state, ranking and providers — the QML shell is a pure renderer of whatever the daemon emits. Swap the frontend, keep the engine; the protocol is the product.

One kernel, three surfaces — the same session drives a Tauri desktop, a CLI and a web view. Workspaces persist across agents; SSH relay keeps remote sessions attached when the local client sleeps.

Ultra-fast grep with an embedded model layer. Routes each query to the cheapest correct engine — literal, regex, structural AST, conceptual — over a trigram index, scored by a local ONNX cross-encoder. Binary: cg.
A query like `where do we parse flags` never touches regex — the router classifies intent first, so literal scans stay microseconds and semantic questions hit the cross-encoder only when they have to.
