DECODE AS CHOREOGRAPHY
Text on this site doesn't fade in; it decodes — resolves out of a scramble of its own characters. The difference is semantic: a fade says "content arrived", a decode says "content was transmitted and reconstructed". Terminal-native theatre.
one map, one cadence
Every delay in the landing sequence comes from a single object — T in lib/site.ts. Boot lines, hero, index, cards, comms, footer — the whole page is one conducted cascade. Retuning the entrance is editing data, not hunting timeouts.
const T = {
mark: 0.08, tagline: 0.38, specs: 0.48,
formula: 0.55, index: 0.66, card: 0.74,
footer: 1.28,
};Measured-width cells keep the scramble honest — each glyph holds its final advance from frame zero, so a resolving headline never pushes a sibling or rewraps. The chaos is confined to the glyphs.
